OUR FOCUS FOR JUNE is to supply the Little Free Pantry. Please bring non-perishable food items to the church for distribution in the Little Free Pantry. Thank you for your support and care for our neighbors.
THE NEXT HANG OUT will take place on Tuesday, June 25 at the home of Pastor and Denise Wolfgram.
MLS IS CURRENTLY TAKING applications for a part-time teacher(s) 5th/6th grade teacher in any or all of the following subjects: science, social studies, and reading/language arts. These content areas could possibly be covered by more than one individual, so if you have an interest in teaching only a specific subject, please feel free to apply! THE SUMMER VOTERS MEETING will take place on Sunday, June 23rd during the education hour. This will be the election meeting. If you are interested in serving on one of our leadership boards, please visit with Justin Dever.
CONGREGATIONAL PICNIC: Pastor and Denise Wolfgram will host a congregational picnic on Thursday, June 20th at 5:30 PM. Their address is 4601 Rolling Ridge Road. Plan now to attend.
GARDENERS WANTED: We are seeking volunteers willing to care for areas around the church. There is a map in the narthex various sections to weed and care for throughout the summer months. Your help is greatly appreciated. Contact LaRae Kuusisto with questions.
PASTOR ELECT JEFFREY KYLER will be ordained and installed at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Bovey, MN on June 23 at 4:00 PM. We pray God’s rich blessing upon Pastor Elect Kyler and his family as he begins ministry in northern Minnesota.
A 2- HOUR PIZZA CRUISE on the Lewis and Clark Riverboat is being chartered by Shepherd of the Valley on Tuesday, August 6, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Cost is $30.00 per person with a $75.00 family maximum. We are inviting members of our sister congregations in Bismarck/Mandan and the cruise is limited to 100 persons so get your reservation in soon. Payment due at time of registration. Registration is open through July 7.
