THE HUMAN CARE COMMITTEE has selected Shepherd’s Hill at the Crossroads as the recipient for the second quarter. One percent of offerings through June will go to Shepherd’s Hill. The plan is to focus on Women’s Care Center for the 3rd quarter. It is hoped to have a presenter from Women’s Care Center later this fall.
YOUTH ENTERING GRADE 6-8 are invited to a cookout and activities at the home of Pastor and Denise Wolfgram, on Sunday, July 5, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Dane Wolfgram is leading the effort to bring youth together to make connections and grow in their faith. There are also plans in the works for a middle school youth night at Sertoma Park on July 26. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or text Dane. So that we can adequately prepare for the meal, please let Dane know whether you plan to attend.
YOUTH ENTERING GRADE 9-12 are invited to the home of Pastor and Denise Wolfgram, on Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm. Join Dane Wolfgram, student in the Director of Christian Education program at Concordia University Nebraska, for refreshments, fellowship and study of God’s Word.
WE WILL CONTINUE our Sunday morning Bible Study each Sunday, during education hour from 9:30-10:30am. We will study Paul’s letter to the Philippians.
YOU ARE INVITED to join us for a farewell meal for Vicar Dailey and family on July 19 at Bethel Lutheran following the 10:45 service. We are putting together a care package of ND products for the Daileys. You are
welcome to contribute to this gift as there is a basket in the narthex.
